Hi, I’m Awena, Occupational Therapist, Nervous System Regulation Coach, and Mother.

Nervous system regulation isn’t just something I teach—it’s how I live. It allows me to be a present and engaged mother, grow my business without burnout, and fully enjoy life without feeling limited.

 

But this wasn’t always my story...

Two years ago, I hit complete burnout, I caught glandular fever and my world as I new it changed forever. Four months in bed, and 18 months in deep recovery.​

 

My business (as I knew it) gone, my energy drained, detatched from any sense of self, purpose or drive. The hardest part was becoming an emotionally absent parent.​

 

Since then, reclaiming my well-being has become non-negotiable.​

 

The practices I share here became the foundation of my recovery. I specialize in blending evidence-based techniques, neuroscience, and spiritual well-being—because true healing happens when science and soul unite. This approach helped me rebuild a life I love, even while managing chronic fatigue/M.E.​

 

Life is different now, but in many ways, it’s better—because I’ve designed it to support the life I truly want to live.
