Hi, I’m Awena — Occupational Therapist, Nervous System Repair Coach, and mother.

I don’t just teach nervous system regulation — I live it.

Two years ago, burnout broke me open. Glandular fever stole my energy. Four months in bed. Eighteen months in recovery. My business gone. My body in shutdown. My spirit, disconnected. And the most painful part? Becoming an emotionally absent parent.

That experience changed everything. Now, my work is to help women reclaim themselves — through science, soul, and nervous system repair.

With a background in Occupational Therapy, NLP, mBIT Coaching and somatic approaches, I support sustainable, root-level healing — no forcing, no bypassing.
